What is it that you really, really want out of life?
If you’re like me and so many other people, you may be going through
certain situations or transitions in your life,
not knowing exactly which direction you will end up!
It’s at this time you will begin to question yourself and start to research your various options.
The more you explore…the more confusing it becomes because you may know what you want in life but don’t know how you are going to get it!
Changes within your life should be something that;
• You choose to do because you are not satisfied with your life as it is right now.
• A result of a transition in your life. (Divorce, getting “let go” at a job, burn-out at present job, retired—feeling lost.)
When I went through several transitions in my life I too had many questions/concerns regarding my future. Being most determined to turn my adversity into success I began to research my options and move forward with my life. You know what they say “when one door closes another one opens.” The opportunities can be “blessings” if you choose to “seize the moment”!
Since you are looking at this site you are probably at a time in your life that you want to make changes to move forward in your life.
By having a Life Coach you can:
- Learn how to Reconnect to your true self—physically—emotionally-spiritually. Live a healthy energetic fulfilled life.
- Take time to Rediscover what is most important and valuable to you. Live your values follow your passions/dreams.
- Reap the benefits and Rewards by having a more peaceful, joy-filled, powerful life of your choosing.
What would it take to “jumpstart” you into action?
Ask yourself:
- What are you currently doing to improve/change your life?
- Is it working?
- Where do you want to go?
- How do you plan on getting there?
By doing some “soul searching” you can determine if you are truly ready to work on your future and obtain your goals/desires/dreams. It takes time and energy from you but it will be most rewarding.
Think about it, “What is more valuable than investing in yourself?”
By having a life of your choosing, you too can feel:
- More confident and appreciated
- More complete (physically, emotionally, spiritually)
- More freedom to be yourself, and
- Unstoppable!
Deb is a great coach! She shows sincere caring and understanding of people who want more but lack the vision of how to get it. For seven years I have been trying to get more support (financial and emotional) for my disabled son but have just not been successful. After only two sessions with Debbie, she had honed in on the problem that was holding up my efforts! Debbie helped me discover my potential and motivated me to elevated heights in which I found the courage and strength to be persistent in obtaining assistance for my son. Her insight and understanding helped me to overcome my procrastination and reach my goal. The results were well worth the effort! It has opened doors for my son and I will forever be grateful. Thank you, Debbie. Mary W., Office Manager, Florida
